2. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is owned by or licensed to Colewyn Ltd. Architecture deliverables, documentation, and reports produced during an engagement are licensed to you as specified in your service agreement. We retain rights to underlying methodologies and frameworks.

3. Payment Terms

Hourly consultancy services are billed as described on each product listing. Project-based engagements are invoiced per the agreed payment schedule. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

4. Limitation of Liability

Colewyn Ltd's liability in connection with any service is limited to the fees paid for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
