Refund policy

Colewyn Ltd provides consulting services. The following cancellation and refund terms apply to all bookings. Cancellations before work commences If you cancel a booked service before the pre-session call or discovery call has taken place, you are entitled to a full refund. Please notify us by email at wynandc@colewyn.com as soon as possible. Cancellations after the pre-session call If a pre-session or discovery call has taken place but the main session has not yet been delivered, a 50% cancellation fee applies to cover preparation time already invested. No refund after service delivery Once a session or service has been delivered, no refund will be issued. This applies to the Sovereign AI Strategy Day, AI Readiness Assessment, and any other consulting engagements. Written deliverables Where a written report or summary is included in the service, this will be delivered within the agreed timeframe following the session.
